With a minimum water level and recirculation through the perforated blades, a cascading flow is created that increases the washing action and reduces cycle time while saving water.

This is a system, exclusive to Girbau, for management and communication between the inverter, the motor and the microprocessor, which ensures a good balance and a longer life for the whole assembly. It makes it possible to control the speed and the imbalances, while reducing noise, vibrations and component fatigue.

A hot and cold water mixer achieves a highly precise temperature with the programmed water level, thereby saving energy and reducing the wash cycle time.

A double safety system checks that the door is closed and locked before starting the wash. Every cycle the system also checks the status of the safety controls to minimise the risk of accidents.

The stamping system creating holes without sharp edges ensures a delicate treatment for the linen and helps in evacuating the water in the final spin. In this way low residual moisture levels are achieved and the useful life of the fabrics is lengthened.

The ideal washer for delicate fabrics and the most sophisticated processes. The versatility of the control allows the user to adjust the parameters of the wash cycle to Wet Cleaning processes.

Girbau HS Series washing machines work at high spin speeds, up to 400G (depending on the model), extracting water efficiently (residual moisture of less than 50% depending on the fabric) and achieving energy savings on the subsequent drying process.

This feature automatically adjusts water consumption and dosing time proportionally according to the load weight, fabric and programme selected. This saves water, energy and chemicals in every process, without the operator needing to do anything
